Grey interiors were appointed by RIAS Old street ltd a private landlord to re-imagine their 140 Old street building . We successfully delivered a refurbishment to the reception area and external façade, along with 3 new CAT A + floors all with new toilet and shower blocks.
We also worked with the client appointed professional consultants to install all new M&E infrastructure to improve the buildings EPC rating.
The project specification included bespoke joinery, agile/collaborative furniture supply, wall finishes, feature lighting, flooring, partitioning, feature biophilia, power/data infrastructure, HVAC works and artwork.
